Who’s Who in the Cast Princess and the Pea 2019

Beatrice B. (Laura)

This is Beatrice’s third year in STP, and in that time her favorite role was the “Little Mirror” in Snow White. Her favorite thing about being in Princess and the Pea is the dancing, and one thing she has learned is “You cannot be good enough to be saved on your own.” In her free time, Beatrice likes playing Legos, basketball, and coloring, and when she grows up, she wants to be a farmer.

Levi B. (Richard, Servant)

This is Levi’s sixth year in STP, and his favorite role was “Jimmy” in Daddy Long Legs. His favorite thing about being in Princess and the Pea is being in the “Perfect Pea” scene. Levi likes playing with Legos and Airsoft guns in his free time, and he wants to be a tank designer when he grows up. One thing Levi wants to tell the world about Jesus is that “He’s got love for you”.

Poppy B. (Pedigreea)

This is Poppy’s seventh year in STP, and her favorite roles were the “seven various ones” she played in Daddy Long Legs. One thing Poppy has learned this year is being more confident on stage. She doesn’t know exactly what she wants to do in the future, but for now, she enjoys swimming, art, playing piano, school, and Legos. One thing Poppy wants to tell the world about Jesus is that “I love Hime and that He is awesome”.

Charity H. (The Queen)

Charity is in her seventh year at STP! Her favorite role in that time was playing “Jolie” in last year’s production of Sleeping Beauty. In the future, she wants to be a singer or a doctor/pediatrician, but for now, she enjoys singing, dancing, cooking, and baking. Some things Charity has learned from being in Princess and the Pea is that you don’t have to do life by the book, and that change is ok.

Tanner H. (The Butler)

This is Tanner’s first year in STP, and his favorite role is this one (so far!). In his spare time, Tanner enjoys painting, playing the ukulele, and playing Fortnite. When he grows up, he wants to be an artist. This year, Tanner has learned to “project my voice” and has “gained confidence on stage”. He wants to tell the world that Jesus is forgiving and that He loves you!

Lorelei K. (Glamoura)

This is Lorelei’s first year in STP, and her favorite part so far is making new friends and learning more about acting. In her free time, she enjoys acting, playing piano, writing, reading, and singing. In the future, Lorelei wants to be an author or actor, or maybe both! She wants to tell the world that Jesus loves you unconditionally and He will never leave you or forsake you!

Laura M. (Aunt Louisa)

This is Laura’s fourth year in STP, and her current role is her favorite! Her favorite thing about being in Princess and the Pea is how funny it is. In the future, Laura wants to be a children’s book author, for now though; she likes reading, soccer, and writing. What Laura wants to tell the world about Jesus is that “He’s real and you can’t do anything without Him”. 

Natalie M. (Princess Temporal)

This is Natalie’s seventh year in STP, and her favorite role is her current one! Her favorite thing about being in Princess and the Pea is that “we are all a family, and that the message is great”. Outside of STP, Natalie likes playing volleyball. When she grows up, Natalie wants to be a counselor or hairstylist. One thing that she has learned from her role is that you shouldn’t have a temper, and if you do people might get a different idea about you.

Paige M. (Scribe 1, Servant)

This is Paige’s fifth year in STP, and her favorite role was “Amy Lawrence” in Tom Sawyer. Her favorite thing about being in Princess and the Pea is “the time before the play when we gather and pray”. In the future, Paige wants to be a professional dancer, and her hobbies include dancing, singing, playing piano, and reading. One thing she has learned from being in Princess and the Pea is that it doesn’t matter what you wear, or what you know, only that you love and honor God. 

Sam M. (Teacher William)

Sam is in his third year of STP, and his favorite role was “Huckleberry Finn” in Tom Sawyer. His favorite part of being in Princess and the Pea is the comedy in the play. When he’s not at STP, his hobbies include playing basketball and biking. He hopes to one day become a firefighter. Sam says what he has learned from being in Princess and the Pea is that “The only way to heaven is by having a relationship with Jesus/God”.

Sloan M. (Servant, Royal Child)

This is Sloan’s first year in STP, and she has enjoyed meeting lots of new friends and playing theatre games in the offseason. In her free time, Sloan likes drawing, photography, playing piano, playing basketball, and all things science! She is not sure exactly what she wants to do when she grows up, but she likes photography and animals. One thing she has learned from being in Princess and the Pea is that “God is important in all our lives and He did all of this just for us”!

Matthew P. (Messenger, Charles)

This is Matthew’s first year in STP, and his favorite role he has ever played is the Prince’s Father. One thing Matthew enjoys about being in Princess and the Pea is that “It’s a funny play”. Matthew wants to be a good person when he grows up, but for a career, maybe something in engineering. His hobbies include board games, strategy games, modeling, art, reading, math, analytics, RC cars, RC planes, Legos, and robotics. One thing Matthew wants to tell the world is that “Jesus knows no one is perfect and He loves you”.

Sarah P. (Miss Mays)

This is Sarah’s first year in STP, and her favorite role is this one! One thing Sarah has learned this year is to sing on stage with no stage fright. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys art, drawing, painting, any type of craft, and theatre, and when she grows up, she wants to be an animator. One thing Sarah wants to tell the world about Jesus is “That He can be your best friend too”.

Olivia S. (Scribe 2, Diana)

Olivia has been in STP for two years, and her favorite role is her current one playing one of the scribes. Her hobbies include basketball, playing Wii, and anything to do with dogs! She is not sure what she wants to be when she grows up, but she knows she wants to do something with animals. One thing she has learned this year is that everyone has a job and each role is important for the production!

Vienna Rose S. (Laralyn)

This is Rose’s sixth year in STP, and her favorite role is this one! Her favorite thing about being in Princess and the Pea this year is the friendship and the music. Rose isn’t sure exactly what she wants to do in the future, but for now, she enjoys drawing, singing, and playing violin and piano. One thing she has learned from being in Princess and the Pea is “to rely on who He says I am”.

Rebecca W. (Perfecta)

This is Rebecca’s seventh year in STP, in that time, her favorite role has been a chorus member in Daddy Long Legs. Her favorite thing about being in Princess and the Pea is the fellowship. In the future, she wants to be a police detective, but for now, Rebecca enjoys doodling and playing video games. She wants to tell the world that “Jesus died so that you can have new life”!
