Quasimodo has lived in the Cathedral of Notre Dame his entire life, trapped inside its bleak walls. He is so misshapen and deformed that no one can stand to even look at him, except for his crazed adopted father, Frollo. But one day, Quasimodo's existence changes when he ventures out into the streets and meets a beautiful gypsy girl named Esmeralda, who accepts him as her friend. In the midst of trying to point her towards his source of refuge and peace, Quasimodo finds out that his crazed father has ordered all of the gypsy nation to be killed. Now, it is up to Quasimodo to devise a plan to stop his father, and save Esmeralda and her nation.
